Selling a Special Townhome: Success Amid Challenges

The owners of Hawarden Street found me through my YouTube videos about Brantford's real estate market. They weren't local and needed help selling this townhome as part of an estate sale. This presented a unique challenge, but we were determined to make it work.

We started by meeting with the family and crafting a plan to make the most of the current market conditions. Our goal was to prepare the home for sale, showcasing its best features to attract potential buyers.

However, this process came with its own set of challenges. We had to coordinate with multiple family members, each in different locations, and deal with lawyers and executors who had the final say in how the plan would unfold.

Despite these hurdles, we got to work. We used a 'Coming Soon' marketing strategy to create excitement about the property. This generated a buzz, and when the home was ready for viewings, we had ten showings in the very first weekend.

The result? Three competitive offers and a successful sale that went above the asking price. It was a fantastic outcome, and it wouldn't have been possible without the trust and collaboration of everyone involved.

To our clients, the family members, lawyers, executors, and all parties who put their trust in us, we extend our heartfelt thanks. This story is a testament to what can be achieved when teamwork, determination, and strategic planning come together, even in the face of unique challenges.
