Selling a Special Condo: A First on Erie Street

The owners of this Erie Street condo bought it when it was brand new. They planned to keep it for a long time, but later, they had to move away. So, they wanted to sell it as part of their move.

Selling this condo was not easy. It was in a very new building, and no one had sold a condo there before. Also, some things in the building were not finished yet. Plus, there were people living in the condo, which made it harder to sell. But we made it happen and were the first to sell a condo in that building. Congrats to our clients!

Here's how we did it:

  1. We looked at other similar condos and figured out a good price.

  2. We talked about the cool things the building would have when it's all done.

  3. We worked with the people living there to make sure everything looked nice for buyers.

  4. We used the internet to show how great the condo was.

In the end, all our hard work paid off, and we sold the condo. It was a big deal because no one had done it before in that building. We want to thank our clients for trusting us to sell their special condo.
